The ATLAS Assessment uses an adaptive simulation platform that evolves dynamically based on the test-taker’s actions and unfolding clinical factors. The resulting performance evaluation provides a score compared to the expert nurse as well as to the peer group. It includes a narrative summary of the test takers’ overall performance with key indicators of clinical performance.
